It all started in 1997. I had ordered body parts (From? Rather not mention who) for my soon to be 914-6 GT2
race car.
After the parts arrived and the installation began it took countless hours to make the parts fit correctly. Afterwards the parts required extensive filling and sanding in order to arrive at a smooth paintable surface. When I contacted the company they said that these were "Race Parts".
What did this mean?
Could it mean that "Race Parts" were not supposed to fit well together or look good? Being a perfectionist I did not accept this response. This lead to the creation of " FIBER-LITE RACING".
My commitment "To provide the best in fiberglass body parts for Porsche Automobiles used for racing purposes". The platform is currently the Porsche 914 Automobile.
What does the future hold? Whatever the customer's request.
